Plasma Cutting Equipment

Plasma cutting is a process used to cut steel and other metals and any electrically conductive material. Plasma torches uses a powerful electric arc to create plasma out of ordinary dried air to vaporize or literally "plasmatize" the medium which is being cut. The torch uses a two cycle approach to producing plasma. First, a high-voltage low-amperage circuit is used to initialize a very small high intensity spark within the torch body, thereby generating a small pocket of plasma gas.

Of course, we have all the latest high-tech engineering equipment you will need, like the he Murex Sabre-arc 351iAS. A small, portable, air plasma cutter capable of cutting up to 12.5mm mild steel (8mm aluminium) simply by using standard 240V mains electricity and a supply of compressed air. We supply plasma cutters to cut up to 60mm mild steel.

However, there is one thing that our customers tell us that makes us different. We take the time to find what our customers really need and take the trouble to make certain we deliver exactly that!
